If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to or use HerClubhouse.HerClubhouse is operated by a sole proprietorship d/b/a HerClubhouse Co., based in Orange County, California ("HerClubhouse," "we," "us," or "our").

You may quote brief excerpts of HerClubhouse content with attribution ("Via HerClubhouse, herclubhouse.co").You may not:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of HerClubhouse shall not exceed the amount you have paid to HerClubhouse in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, given HerClubhouse is free, is zero.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HerClubhouse shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.We hope we never need this section.
